About this experience

Understand how a Martini really works — and build your own with confidence.

The goal of this workshop is simple: help you make your best Martini.

We start by introducing the cocktail itself — its ingredients, its tools, and what makes a Martini a Martini.

From there, everything is about testing and understanding.

You'll taste different versions built around:

  • different gins
  • different vermouths

We'll start with the lightest Martini and gradually work toward the strongest, exploring different styles along the way — not just the Dry Martini — so you leave with a real understanding of the full range, not just one version.

One element at a time.
Same structure, different results.

Harouna guides you through all the tests, explains what changes, and why it changes.

You're here to understand why you prefer one version over another.

Throughout the workshop, a few practical tips & bartender tricks will be shared — because details matter, and small adjustments make a big difference in the glass.

All recipes will be provided so you can take notes, compare, and remember.

At the end, you'll use everything you've learned and tasted to:
👉 build your own Martini recipe, consciously and intentionally.
