Amaro Nardini Rabarbaro

A rare product, this aperitif liqueur is produced essentially from the roots of Chinese rhubarb (or palmate rhubarb), an ingredient used in the composition of many Italian aperitifs.

Very aromatic, it has a unique taste of caramelized fruit, with vegetal and resinous notes of rhubarb.

Rabarbaro is usually served on ice or with soda. A very Italian liqueur playing on an intense, bittersweet register.

An aperitif par excellence on ice or in “Mezzo-Mezzo” with Vermouth Rosso.
