Elizabeth Yard Trinidad Distillery

A single cask of Trinidadian rum here from Elizabeth Yard made from molasses and aged initially in the Caribbean before it was transported over to Scotland for a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez octaves. Rare and wonderful rum here that packs a huge amount of flavour.
