Heering Cherry Liqueur

Based on a recipe from 1818, this Danish cherry liqueur is natural because it contains no artificial flavors or colors.

Peter Heering, its creator, chooses to use a variety of rare and wild cherry called "little black Stevns". The harsh Scandinavian climate requires a long ripening period in order to obtain all the aromas.

Aging in barrels for at least 3 years provides a rich and creamy aromatic bouquet.

An essential ingredient in the famous Singapore Sling cocktail, it is also an official supplier to the Danish Royal Court and Her Majesty Elisabeth II of England.
