Kimoto Junmai Daiginjo

An important sake that helped put the Tanaka brewery on the map. Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Miyagi forms the basis of this sake brewed according to the kimoto method. Classic fruitiness with pear, melon and a little banana on the nose, but spice and liveliness in the mouth with a nice freshness. Absolutely to taste!
