Komagatake Single Malt Tsunuki Aging Bottled in 2019

This is the 3rd bottle of Tsunuki Aging, which highlights the whisky maturation process in Tsunuki. Most of the whiskies they chose for vatting are from Bourbon barrels. This Tsunuki maturation has a full-bodied and fruity profile with ripe apple and citrus fruits on the nose. A beautiful nuttiness and plenty of sweet whipped cream follow. The dram brings juicy mouthfeels, and is again citrusy on the palate.
