Patridom XO Cask

Patridom XO Cask is a premium product made from sugarcane molasses that matures in the Dominican Republic's tropical climate. Aged for a period of 12-15 years in both American oak and French oak barrels, before being blended and added with cane sugar.

Tasting notes

Nose: A sweet and sour note combined with hints of coconut and beeswax.

Palate: Full-bodied with an oily texture. Rum raisins paired with dark chocolate, adding a contrasting bitter finish.
