Shenk's is a Sour Mash Whiskey made with a substantial amount of rye.

Palate: A beautiful sipping whiskey with some sweet caramel followed by hints of nutmeg, cloves and dries fruit.

Finish: Finishes smooth and elegant with lingering citrus and gentle oak.
