El Candado is a sweet wine obtained from raisins of the Pedro Ximénez variety and aged for years in American oak barrels, using the criaderas and solera system. The result is a wine with a very covered color, with a very elegant aroma of raisins and spices and an intense, unctuous and fruity palate.
