Vieux Sajous 5 years 2018

Vieux Sajous 5 Y.O. is a Clairin produced from Cristalline sugar cane that is cultivated in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye.

It is a blend of 18 mixed barrels that have contained rum and whisky was distilled in 2018 and then aged for 5 years in Haiti at the Distillerie de Portau-Prince. This Vieux Sajous is a demonstration of the great ageing capacity that the Clairins of this distillery are showing.

The change of packaging is intended precisely to give a visible sign of the extremely interesting quality and high level achieved.
