X3 Sake

A sake made with three times as much Koji as the usual sake, plus 3 years of aging to develop its wonderful complexity. It is supple and smooth, excellently balanced by a lingering fraicheur.. The ripe fruit impressions you can find in the nose and lively citrus notes are present until the finish.
